He studied at the Vilnius University, Oxford University’s Said Business School as well as Harvard Business School.

Andra Bagdonaite is a Partner at FIRSTPICK, an early-stage venture capital fund investing in technology startups across the Baltics, backed by the leading Baltic tech community members. With a background spanning startup support, consultancy, and entrepreneurship promotion, she brings extensive experience in fostering growth and innovation within the Lithuanian tech ecosystem.

Rokas Pečiulaitis
Board member

Rokas Pečiulaitis is the Founder and Managing Partner of Contrarian Ventures, a leading climate tech VC firm. He started his career as an inflation trader at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Rokas is also a co-founder of Emergy Tech Summit, Climate50, and Climate Brick, as well as a board member of Vilniaus Marathon, a shareholder of Vilnius University Endowment, and Co-founder and Chairman of the Board of the Passport Diaspora Foundation. His alma maters are the University of Glasgow (M.A. in Economics), UCSB, and Harvard Business School (executive PE & VC course). Rokas is a Kauffman Fellow (Class #25).

Modestas Pitrėnas
Board member

Modestas Pitrėnas is a principal conductor and artistic director of the Lithuanian National Symphony Orchestra. His distinguished career includes leadership roles at the Latvian National Opera, Kaunas City Symphony Orchestra, and St. Gallen Opera Theatre, along with notable appearances at major European opera houses. Modestas has earned numerous awards, including 1st prize at the 7th Grzegorz Fitelberg Conducting Competition, Lithuania’s National Culture and Art Prize, and the Baltic Assembly Prize for the Arts.

David TS Wood

Some others are humanitarian, pinnacle leader, investor, multi-millionaire, adventurer, master educator and goofball. Dainius Zubrus

Dainius Zubrus is the most famous Lithuanian in professional ice hockey and holds the distinction of being the first Lithuanian to play over 1,000 NHL games. His career spanned prestigious NHL teams like the Philadelphia Flyers, Montreal Canadiens, Washington Capitals, Buffalo Sabers, New Jersey Devils, and San Jose Sharks. Dainius is currently acting as the President of the Lithuanian Ice Hockey Federation. He also was awarded Lithuania's Order of Merit.

Valdas Petreikis is a cultural entrepreneur and performing arts expert with an exceptional talent for matchmaking. He is the founder of one of Lithuania's most significant cultural events, including the Midsummer Vilnius festival. Additionally, Valdas leads the creative entertainment agency Fors Event. Previously he was the Chairman of the Board at Event Industry Association.
